Texas Monthly discusses HM&C Artist Vargas-Suarez Universal and other selected artists to create site-specific art commissions for the new Mickey Leland International Terminal (MLIT) and the new International Central Processor (ICP) at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas. Vargas-Suarez Universal will create a large-scale installation Horizons Spectrum at the Departures Level Garage Wall in the ICP. The work's aim is to reflect the cultural richness and diversity of Houston.​​​​​​​​
